RCI Bank names two new board members

RCI Bank and Services is adding two new members to its executive board. On 1 July, Jean-Louis Labauge will become Director of Compliance, a newly created role; while Frédéric Schneider will take over as Commercial Director from Enrico Rossini, who is assigned a new role within the company. 

Currently CEO of RCI Bank in the UK, Mr Labauge (51) is a graduate of HEC Paris and the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers. He started his career in 1991 at the mergers and acquisitions department of BNP Paribas in Germany, joined Groupe Renault's internal audit team in 1993 and held a number of executive positions within the Group, at Nissan Europe, Nissan Renault Financial Services, RCI Financial Services and RCI Bank. 

Mr Schneider (41) is a graduate from IAE in Lyon. He started out in 2000 as Management Controller at RCI Bank in the UK, and held executive positions at RCI Financial Services, DIAC, RN Bank. His current role is as CEO of RCI Bank in Brazil.

Both new appointees will report to Bruno Kintzinger, CEO of RCI Bank and Services.
