Romanian AROBS acquires SAS

In Romania, AROBS Transilvania Software has announced that it has acquired SAS Grup, which operates the fleet monitoring software alarma.ro.

This transaction Increases the company’s portfolio to over 6500 clients and more than 85,000 vehicles, making it the largest player on the fleet monitoring market in central and south eastern Europe.

According to Voicu Oprean (photo), founder and CEO of AROBS, the latest move forms part of an overall strategy of growth through acquisition.
