Mobinck acquires XXImo

Mobinck, the mobility subsidiary of AutoBinck Group, has acquired XXImo, the mobility card specialist. The agreement will “further enable responsible mobility in the Netherlands and internationally,” a joint statement reads.

“This acquisition brings an essential part of our mobility ecosystem in house, enabling us to help our customers to design their mobility in a simple and effective way,” says Harry de Haas, CEO of Mobinck (pictured right). “It’s a powerful combination.” XXImo was part of Sodexo Group since 2015. 

Payment platform
Combining innovative and flexible forms of mobility, Mobinck is the parent company of Radiuz, Moove, Toogethr, Fleet Support, and now XXImo. Especially Radiuz and XXImo form natural complements to each other. Radiuz is the mobility platform that enables employers to design a flexible and simple mobility policy. With its Visa payment platform, XXImo is strong in generating and handling European business travel payment transactions. 

The trend towards ‘responsible mobility’ provides a powerful incentive for the relevance of XXImo’s solutions, says Patrick Bunnik, CEO of XXImo (pictured left): “There have been more changes in mobility over the past three years than in the 10 years prior to that. Integrated solutions
Mobinck provides the right context for the delivery of XXImo’s solutions, Mr De Haas adds: “(Mobinck) develops integrated total solutions for employers in the Netherlands.
