6th International Fleet Meeting on sustainable and electric car fleets

The organisers, fleet management specialist Fleetcompetence Europe and Swiss media 'aboutFleet', have announced details of the sixth edition of the International Fleet Meeting in Geneva. Our own Chief Editor, Steven Schoefs, will also take part in one of the panel discussions.

The International Fleet Meeting is an annual event that takes place at the same time as the Geneva Motor Show, 2019 providing fleet and mobility leaders with a convenient opportunity to attend both. It takes place on 6 March on the second press day of the Geneva Motor Show. More than 200 fleet managers from across the globe are expected to attend and to interact with expert industry speakers.

Tomas Björnsson, Vice President, Head of Business Unit e-mobility, Vattenfall AB, will present his company’s experience in transitioning to a fully electric vehicle fleet. Vattenfall is committed to EV100, a global association of businesses determined to transform their vehicle fleet to electric.

He will be followed by Steffen Krautwasser, Global Head of Car Fleet SAP SE, who will given an overview of how a sustainable company car fleet can create added value.

Thilo von Ulmenstein, Managing Partner at Fleetcompetence Europe, will moderate a panel discussion entitled Converting a fleet into full electric with both speakers and our Chief Editor.

You can register to attend the meeting on the event website.
