Stefan De Smet to lead B2B unit of Stellantis Belgium

Stellantis Belgium has promoted Stefan De Smet to the role of its new B2B Director. Before this assignment, De Smet was the Sales Director at Opel.
De Smet has a profound understanding of the automotive sector and a proven track record. After achieving a Master's in Applied Economics, his career was kickstarted at Renault BeLux, after which he joined Land Rover as Sales and Regional Manager.
In 2008 he moved to BMW, where he grew to become Marketing Director. He then joined Stellantis in 2018.
The Belgian division of Stellantis was looking for a replacement B2B director after the departure of Wim Rommel, which was replaced ad interim by Denis Mulders.
Proceeding on the fleet efforts of his predecessors, De Smet oversees the brands Abarth, Alfa Romeo, Citroën, DS, Fiat, Jeep, Opel and Peugeot, including the commercial vehicle lines where applicable.
