Enjoy the power that is right for your fleet, right now

In 1997, Toyota introduced the world’s first Hybrid-Electric production car. Following over two decades of investment, the globally represented OEM plans to launch 40 new or updated electric vehicles for your fleet by 2025.

Toyota was the number 3 brand in 2020 across Europe. It is still growing, securing a solid position in many fleets that are seeing the many advantages of Hybrid cars, including the fact they don’t need
to be charged with a plug. Today more than ever, the efficiency-oriented technology is a perfect alternative for diesel in many corporate fleets.

Toyota’s range of fourth-generation Hybrid models let you travel emission-free for up to 70% of your driving time in the city. Additionally, for those who have access to charging facilities, Toyota’s Plug-in Hybrids offer zero-emission, full-electric drive for up to 75 km on a single charge. With all the benefits of our Hybrid models, they deliver peace of mind on the longer journeys you make too. As such, Hybrid and Plug-in Hybrid have an important role to play in the ramp up to zero-emission mobility.

But zero isn't Toyota’s destination. It's another step in its electrification journey. Compellingly demonstrated by the second-generation Mirai, Toyota’s pioneering Hydrogen Fuel Cell Electric vehicles have the potential to revolutionise the way you drive, offering over 650 km driving range and emitting nothing but water.

Electric cross-over ready to conquer European fleets

With technology and charging infrastructure having evolved considerably, the time has come for Toyota to introduce its long-awaited all-electric midsized SUV model in Europe, which will use a purpose-made electric platform that has modularity written in its DNA.

This electric-crossover will be more or less the size of the RAV4 but offer more interior space thanks to the bespoke e-TNGA platform. The latter will mark an important turning point in the company’s electrification strategy as it has been designed to underpin a wide range of vehicles.

e-TNGA can also be defined with front-, rear- or four-wheel drive and with a wide-range of battery and electric motor capacities to suit various vehicle types and usage profiles.

The versatility and flexibility of e-TNGA technology allows Toyota to design and create vehicles that are not just battery-electric, but also exciting to drive and beautiful to look at.

The all-electric RAV4-sized cross-over will be revealed on April 19, 2021 at the Shanghai Motor show. It will be available for your fleet by early next year.
