Successfully Adopt & Adapt your Fleet & Mobility at the Fleet Europe Days 2023

Join us in Lisbon, Portugal, on November 22nd and 23rd for the highly anticipated Fleet Europe Days 2023, where the « who’s who » of corporate fleet and mobility leaders will gather.

This event is a meeting ground for decision-makers overseeing over a million company cars and light commercial vehicles. Alongside them, leaders from key suppliers and service partners in the fleet sector will unite to gain valuable insights, network extensively, and participate in seminars and expert presentations.

1,200 delegates

Over 1,200 delegates are expected to participate in the event, centered around the theme 'Destination Zero: Adopt & Adapt'. This theme underscores the critical imperative for businesses to decarbonize their vehicle operations while concurrently enhancing driver safety and minimize road accidents.

International Fleet Managers Institute

On the first day of the Fleet Europe Days, November 22, the corporate fleet buyer community will participate in a series of educational sessions.

  • The International Fleet Managers Institute (IFMI) will discuss how to contract and source your international fleet in the increasingly complex supply chain.
  • The Smart Mobility Institute (SMI) offers fleet and mobility customers insights into four key elements that define the successful setup and implementation of smart mobility in a multinational environment.
  • The Global Fleet Managers Club (GFMC) brings together global and regional fleet managers in a benchmarking session.  The session will include a deep-dive into the benchmarking data of the Global Fleet Survey 2023, in which over 100 multinational companies participated. 

Fleet Europe Remarketing Forum

Maintaining a focus on the crucial bottom line, the Fleet Europe Remarketing Forum, also scheduled for the first day, will delve deeply into the fundamentals of sustainable vehicle remarketing, segmented into three essential pillars:

  1. How to adopt innovation in Sales & Distribution
  2. How to improve new value adds for international remarketing  
  3. How to adapt to the opportunities of electrification

At the end of the day participants of the Fleet Europe Remarketing Forum will come together to celebrate remarketing excellence at the Remarketing Awards Ceremony and Dinner.

Meanwhile, the Fleet Europe Village will be unveiled, showcasing over 60 booths from conference partners, providing a welcoming space for attendees to network. This year, the exhibition will feature no fewer than 20 new, eco-friendly car models on display, offering many opportunities for test drives on the road.

CEOs and COOs

The following day, November 17, will start with an inspirational breakfast of the Inspiring Women in Fleet initiative with presentations from leading female business leaders Sarina Vale and Raluca Mosu.

The Fleet & Mobility community will continue to meet and greet in the Village where the Fleet Europe Conferences bring an unrivalled selection of speakers, including Michael Shu, Managing Director at BYD Europe, Richard Knubben, Secretary-General of Leaseurope, Lubomila Jordanova, CEO of Plan A, Edward Kulperger, Senior Vice President at Geotab, Stéphane Crasnier, Group Chief Fleet Officer at Europcar Mobility Group, Christian Schüler, CEO of Athlon, Markus Deusing, CEO of Alphabet, Alain Van Groenendael, CEO of Arval, Tim Albertsen, CEO of Ayvens, and Rolando D'Arco, CEO of Leasys to provide thought leadership and analysis on the opportunities facing multinational fleets in Europe.

Later in the evening, delegates will have the pleasure of attending the Fleet Europe Awards 2023—a gala dinner celebrating the exemplary individuals dedicated to our European fleet sector, honoring the very best in their field.
