Cars2click and rpc to boost AI and Data solutions in digital transformation
International vehicle trading company Cars2click and The Retail Performance Company (rpc) have announced a partnership to boost the competitiveness of dealers and OEMs by combining digital technologies and retail expertise.
The partnership is a strategic move to meet the changing consumer demand, support OEMs and dealers in their digital transformation, and meet the challenges of digitization, automation, and new business models.
Cars2click will provide AI and data solutions to help dealers increase efficiency in the used car business and assist them in changing their work processes. At the same time, rpc will offer management consultancy for Cars2click users and coaching for OEMs and retailers.
Deep dive into the used car market
For dealers, AI-powered digital assistant Cars2view provides competitors’ pricing and alerts any misleading or missing information posted online.
Cars2click and rpc will jointly develop an AI-based management program for OEMs and dealers, enabling them to access European used car market data. The solution will allow OEMs to analyze their performance and compare with other brands.
