Maximise your business opportunities at the Fleet Europe Summit

With only days to go until the Fleet Europe Summit in Dublin, Ireland, now is the time for fleet decision makers and industry leaders to plan a detailed schedule for the event.

The most important international conference for fleet and mobility managers starts on 16 November at the Convention Centre Dublin, overlooking the River Liffey in the heart of Ireland’s capital.

Day one

The first day sees three key activities: the Fleet Europe Remarketing Forum (9am to 5pm), which will focus on how vendors can maximise the residual values of de-fleeted vehicles, analysing remarketing channels, market trends and future forecasts. Later in the evening, the Remarketing Awards Ceremony and Dinner (7.30pm to 22.30pm) will celebrate the best industry innovations at a relaxed event filled with networking opportunities.

For executives with direct responsibility for fleets, the International Fleet Managers Institute on Wednesday, 16 November, will provide training and advice to fleet decision makers, and offer the chance for fleet managers to share best practice. This session (10am to 3.30pm) is reserved exclusively for fleet and mobility managers.

But if corporate mobility has overtaken fleet as your business objective, the Smart Mobility Institute will tackle best practices in mobility. This session (10am to 3.30pm) is reserved exclusively for corporate mobility decision makers.

Delegates from both institutes will then be warmly welcomed to the Global Fleet Managers Club (4pm to 5.30pm), which brings together managers responsible for running some of the world’s largest fleets.

At the end of the afternoon, the doors will open to the Fleet Europe Village, with a drinks and networking reception for everyone attending the Summit.

Event networking app

To maximise the networking opportunities of the event, download the official Nexus Communications Event app, which will enable you to connect and send a meeting request to fellow delegates and peers.

Day two

The second day, 17 November, sees the Fleet Europe Conference (9am to 5pm), with the most senior executives from the European fleet industry sharing their wisdom and insights into the issues facing fleets, with a special focus on sustainability. Speakers include the heads of Europe’s five leading leasing companies (ALD, Alphabet, Arval, Athlon and LeasePlan), as well as leaders from Sixt, BMW, Volvo, Axa, Stellantis, and the heads of technology and connected vehicle firms, such as MiX Telematics, Lytx and Geotab.

During the day the Fleet Europe Village, with more than 70 exhibitors, provides the perfect opportunity for fleet customers to network with suppliers, and delegates will also be able to cast an expert eye over some of the latest fleet vehicles.

The day and the Fleet Europe Summit end with the Awards Ceremony and Gala Dinner, which will recognise the best fleet and mobility managers in Europe, followed with an after-party for all delegates to relax after two invaluable days of learning, networking and sharing ideas and best practice.
