IBM wins International Fleet Innovation Award

Ferenc Hegedus (IBM) took home the International Fleet Innovation Award. This award is presented to a company that has set up a particularly innovative programme in terms of car policy, implementation, green approach, safety, mobility or other related aspects.

Dirk Schlimm, Executive Vice President, Geotab, handed this award to IBM, represented by Ferenc Hegedus, Global Category Lead, Car Lease, Rental and Ground Transportation.

The jury was impressed by IBM’s innovative approach in fleet management process efficiency and cost monitoring, in particular the Pricing IQ tool. This tool provides continued rate competitiveness, enhanced negotiation capabilities and proactive reactions. IBM operates a global fleet of 20,275 vehicles.
