Moovel and Rheinbahn launch mobility app in Düsseldorf

Together with Rheinbahn railway company, Daimler's moovel MaaS platform, launched a new mobility app, "Mobil in Düsseldorf", bringing access to several mobility providers in a single app.

The app shows connections and departure times for buses and trains across the entire Verkehrsbund Rhein-Ruhr area. Users can also get access to hire bikes from Nextbike, shared cars from car2go or find a parking spot for their car.

In a next step, the app will also include the integration of the stadtmobil car sharing provider and the mytaxi taxi app.
